Request account deletion
Request removal of your BuddyApp account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app. Our support team reviews outstanding jobs, payments and any legally required retention before confirming completion.
Deletion takes 24–48 hours. We will confirm completion using your account contact details and explain any legally required retention.
Profile/contact details, uploaded identity and profile material, and associated account data are included in the review. Records required for payment reconciliation, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations may need to be retained. Support will explain applicable exceptions; this request is not confirmation that deletion is complete.
Use Apple sign-in or cannot access your account? You can also initiate a deletion request by emailing support@buddyapp.co.za with your account email or phone number. Never send a password or identity document by email. Support will verify ownership before acting.
